Salon Policies
Bookings
- · When scheduling an appointment, please select all services desired, as you may not be able to add-on services at your appointment.
- · Before or after business hours (overtime) appointments are an additional fee of $65 and must be paid prior to the appointment. All requests must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
- · ALL Salon Services Are Prepaid and NonRefundable: A LA Carte, Memberships, Packages, and Coaching. Please see the rescheduling and cancellation policy.
- · ALL Consultation Fees and/ or Deposits are Non-Refundable.
Memberships:
- · ALL Memberships are on a reoccurring cycle from the initial payment date, each Month.
- · Members are allowed to cancel their membership at any time. Memberships will end at the end of the billing cycle.
Coaching:
- · ALL Memberships are on a reoccurring cycle from the initial payment date, each Month.
- · Clients are allowed to cancel their coaching package at any time. Packages will end at the end of the billing cycle.
- · The client will have access to all material until the end of the billing cycle.
Cancellation:
- · Any Cancellations/ Reschedules must be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees.
- · If you Cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be allowed ONE rescheduling opportunity for $20, without being charged the total service cost.
- · Failure to Show will result in a NO SHOW FEE of 100% of your total service.
- · The same-day cancellation, within 8 hours of the appointment, will result in 100% of the service cost.
Reschedule:
- ·Rescheduling must be done at least 10 hours in advance of the appointment, to avoid 100% of the service cost.
- · A reschedule fee of $20, may apply. Reschedule fees must be paid in advance of the appointment.
- We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- We understand that unforeseen health situations happen and we will work with each client on a case-by-case basis.
Late fees:
- The grace period is 10 mins, a $15 Late Fee will be applied anytime after 10 mins.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled, or the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service total. If time allows, you may choose to receive a partial or shorter service but will be charged the full price of the original service.
Refunds and Payments:
- · NO REFUNDS will be issued for any services. If you have any issues, please contact us via text message or email to discuss the issue and we will determine the best solution.
- · CREDIT CARDS and Vagaro Pay Later are acceptable forms of payment.
- · Gratuity can be given by Card, Cash, or Venmo. Payments must be exactly changed, we do not always have change available.
Repairs:
- · Gel Polish will last up to 2 weeks but, it is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any damages after 3 days as this is normally due to wear and tear, smoking, medications, and other daily lifestyles.
- If Gel Polish chips in 72 hours or less, please contact us immediately with an image of your chipped nail(s) and we will gladly repair the chipped nails. You must come into the studio or travel fees will apply.
- ·Acrylic Nail repairs, if the nail breaks in a 48 hour time frame, the repair is complimentary, for more than 48 hours you will be subjected to a nail repair fee, unless it’s included in your membership.
Mobile Services:
- ·Travel Fees are added to all services done outside of the studio. Fees are based on the distance of travel. Fees start at $100.
- · Same Day Mobile Services Are NOT Guaranteed.
- ·Mobile Enhancements Fill-INs are ONLY for returning MJ Wellness Spa clients that we have done the initial set on.
- · All Spa parties must pay 50% of the total service to secure, time and Date.
- · All Spa Parties are subjected to a Non-refundable deposit. All Final Payments are due 3 weeks prior to service along with the final count of participants.
- · If your services are at a hotel, hospital, etc. and there are parking fees, You are responsible for any parking fees.
- · If your services are out of the state of Georgia, the client is responsible for any Hotel fees that may occur, and up to a $350 travel fee may occur.
